Frequently asked questions

Who can use Pick Me?+
Pick Me is for verified adult users aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). The Service contains adult-oriented content and is not appropriate for minors.
How do I subscribe?+
Subscriptions are offered as weekly ($6.99) and monthly ($19.99) auto-renewing in-app purchases through Apple. You will see the paywall the first time you try to send a second message in a chat. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the start of each billing period.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Pick Me subscriptions auto-renew through Apple. To cancel, open the iOS Settings app, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, select Pick Me, and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you may continue to use Pick Me until then.
How do I restore a previous purchase?+
If you previously subscribed and the app does not reflect this on a new device or after reinstalling, open the Profile menu inside the app and tap "Restore purchases." Apple will reissue your entitlement.
How do I delete my account?+
Inside the app, tap your name in the top-left of the home screen to open Profile, then tap "Delete account" and confirm. This permanently erases all of your conversations and account data. Backups expire within ninety (90) days. Cancellation of an active subscription must still be done separately through Apple as described above.
Can I delete an individual conversation?+
Yes. On the home screen, long-press a chat row and choose "Delete chat." The conversation and all its messages are removed immediately.
Is my conversation data private?+
Yes. Each character has an isolated conversation. No persona ever sees the chats from any other persona, and no other user ever sees yours. The only personal detail passed to a persona is the display name you choose. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Which regions is Pick Me available in?+
Pick Me is offered on the Apple App Store in jurisdictions where its content is permitted. If the app does not appear in your country's store, it is not currently available there.

Refund policy+
All purchases are processed by Apple. Apple's standard refund policy applies; we are unable to process refunds directly. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Subscription terms

Pick Me offers auto-renewing subscriptions billed through Apple at the prices displayed inside the app. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the start of each billing period.

Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your Apple ID account settings on your device after purchase.
