Frequently asked questions
Who can use Pick Me?
Pick Me is a companionship app for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). It is built for emotional connection and private conversation, and is not appropriate for minors.
How do I sign in?
Choose "Continue with Google" and select your Google account. The same button works when you first join and when you return. If sign-in does not complete, try again or contact support.
Can I use my account on another device?
Yes. Open Pick Me in your mobile or desktop browser and continue with the same Google account. Your saved chats are associated with that account.
How do I delete my account?
Open your account menu in the app, choose "Delete account," and confirm. This removes your account and starts deletion of its conversations and messages. Account deletion cannot be undone.
Can I delete an individual conversation?
Yes. Open the conversation, select the trash button in its header, and confirm "Delete conversation." The chat is removed from your account and its messages are deleted in the background. Wait for any reply in progress before deleting that chat.
Is my conversation data private?
Chats are accessible through your signed-in account. To generate a reply, we send your display name, recent messages from that conversation, and an internal account identifier to xAI. This includes any personal information you choose to type. See our Privacy Policy for more about storage and service providers.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Pick Me runs in your web browser and is designed for phone, tablet, and desktop screens. Open the website and sign in to start.
I found a bug, what do I do?
Please email kanishk.chores@gmail.com with a short description of what happened, what you expected, and (if possible) a screenshot or screen recording. We read every report.
